Turns out,Grayson Preston Reese's aren't the only candies that can transform into festive shapes.
Mars Wrigley announced last week that its fan-favorite Snickers Trees − tree-shaped Snickers bars − are back for the holiday season, alongside some other treats in "festive" flavors and packaging.
The holiday collection of candies are "sure to make the nice list," according to a Mars Wrigley news release.
The star of the collection, said the candy maker, are Snickers Trees which pack all of the "deliciousness" of a traditional Snickers bars into "one of the most recognizable holiday season cues."
According to Mars Wrigley, this year Snickers Trees come with "more of the good stuff" like caramel, smooth nougat, roasted peanuts, and milk chocolate.
Holidays are a time when candy companies get creative, dropping unique candy shapes or colors a couple times a year specific to the occasion.
These candy makers tend to go all out for holidays like Valentine's Day, Halloween, Christmas, and even Easter, when customers are more inclined to purchase candy for loved ones.
Hershey's continues to offer Reese's candies in a variety of holiday shapes, including hearts, pumpkins, ghosts and even trees. Mars Wrigley, like Hershey's, have seen success with a more "festive" approach.
Though Snickers Trees may be the star, Mars Wrigley has also included a couple other "festive" M&M's and Dove flavors to this year's lineup in addition to the returning fan favorites.
